- Orchestrated a cross-functional team (medical, access, marketing and sales), conducted extensive stakeholder research with clinicians, pharmacists, and hospital managers, and incorporated international best practices to develop a scalable model for Evolve.
- Responsible for the engagement and management of stakeholders to ensure the approval and implementation of different digital and process optimization projects (Hospital Boards, clinical KOLs, Ethics Committee, Data Privacy and IT departments);
- Led the engagement and value proposition creation for Institutional Partnership initiatives, managing clinical and institutional stakeholders (ULS Coimbra and SESARAM).
- Responsible for the development of the ASCVD (Post-Acute coronary syndrome and Stroke) patient journey, identifying gaps, bottlenecks and opportunities to be targeted during Inclisiran pre-launch, by collecting insights from >20 HCPs (Cardiologists, Internal medicine, General Practitioners and Hospital Pharmacists).
- Led the development, testing and implementation of a new Go-to-market strategy for the Solutions area, focused on creating long-term partnerships and deployed in the Multiple Sclerosis service of Centro Hospitalar Lisboa Central (currently ULS São José).
- Led the implementation of the project "Patient Management in Cardiology" implemented in Coimbra, establishing protocols for the follow-up and treatment of patients between Primary Care and Cardiology involving 10 stakeholders in the designed and >200 in training sessions.
Assigned to the Immunology Therapeutic Area (TA):
- Managed the Patient Support Program (Connect) focusing on improving adherence, being responsible to present the program to Heads of Service and Hospital Boards.
- Developed and piloted Referral Networks in Rheumatology, combining Primary Care physicians with Rheumatology/Internal Care physicians to accelerate patient ID.
Led development of a cross-TA telehealth training program (+500 HCPs impacted), achieving 95% satisfaction and driving adoption in key accounts during Covid-19 pandemic.
- Led a Global Operational Excellence Workstream, focused on process optimization, managing across regional team of 9, creating dashboards for performance monitoring and compliance metrics.
- Responsible for the management and assessment of Safety issues related with Janssen's products.
- Managed the interactions with Customers and Health Authorities following Quality audits and inspections (> 25 customers and 5 Health Authorities);
- Led the implementation of continuous improvement (lean) actions in different areas of the manufacturing site.
