  • Established the first consultant led screening and prevention services.
  • Managed the Gamma Knife services at St Bartholomew Hospital and led the upgrade move to the Wellington Hospital as part of their neurosurgical programme.

  • Led the design, development and build of HCA’s first bespoke Outpatient and Diagnostic Centre (Devonshire Diagnostic Centre) increasing the Harley Street clinics’ revenues by 50%.
  • Part of the leadership team to install UK’s first The Cyberknife Center. Ensured best practices, training and patient outcomes were reported globally. Worked with commissioners and insurers to include Cyberknife therapy as treatment option for cancer care. Delivered 20% Year on Year growth.
  • Established and won Lang and Buisson award for innovation in radiation oncology.
  • Developed the ‘Specialist’ journal focusing on the role of multidisciplinary working in healthcare.
