- Led multiple new service offer innovations including: the first private ultrasound and MRI guided brachytherapy for Prostate cancer, installation of Rosa Robot neurosurgical tool, installation and delivery of Visualase as a neurological brain tumour treatment, immunotherapy for neuroblastoma in paediatrics, compassionate use of convection enhanced delivery of medication for paediatric patients with Deep Pontine Glioma, pet therapy for paediatric patients resulting in high patient satisfaction scores, SIRT services adding further options of treatment for cancer patients.
- Established the first consultant led screening and prevention services.
- Managed the Gamma Knife services at St Bartholomew Hospital and led the upgrade move to the Wellington Hospital as part of their neurosurgical programme.

- Developed the ‘Specialist’ journal focusing on the role of multidisciplinary working in healthcare.
