Prepare a business line strategy for the next one to three to five years and defend it to management to increase investment and obtain additional resources for product and commercial team development. Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with the overall business strategy and ensuring timely delivery of key features and enhancements.
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective performance across all departments. Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and quality. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
