This role made me increase my leadership skills, as I became responsible for managing the Product Specialists in Foundever. It’s a new challenge, as I continue to deliver great results as a Product Specialist and constantly work to develop my leadership skills. Additional tasks as a higher point of contact within the Product Specialist Program. Developed comprehensive training materials, paving the way for smooth onboarding of new team members. Enhanced product performance by identifying and addressing customer needs through thorough market research.

A Product Specialist is someone who masters on being reliable, knowledgeable, pro-active, responsive, attentive to detail and interested in understanding issues. Someone who is responsible for identifying and escalating bugs to Product teams. This role also includes providing expert product support and allows to work on dives, research studies, machine learning labeling projects and pre-launch QA testing.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline product development processes. Researched product's technical specifications and accurately communicated information.

As a customer service agent for Airbnb project, I played a vital role as the first point of contact, creating memorable experiences for each person I interacted with. To excel in this position, I had to be passionate about helping others, a true people person. I worked in a fast-paced environment and was open to changes as the work continuously required to improve our services.
