Support ESG Sustainable Sourcing and Climate team with budget management activities E2E

Proactively drive payment of external partners involved with ESG Sustainable Sourcing Climate projects

Periodically report on status of all financial aspects of ESG Sustainable Sourcing and Climate projects

Standardize and document all procedures and tools to enable the E2E process

• Ensure the timely generation of Purchase orders from Purchase Requisitions in adherence to the Procurement policies and standards and NBS SLAs
• Ensure timely resolution of parked, blocked and GR/IR issues and escalation of critical ones to requesters and Buyers
• Participate in action plans to correct deviations in services and process improvements
• Participate in continuous Improvement programs and standardization of processes
• To analyse trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving ( by initiating a GSTD)
• Actively support NCE awareness, leverage and capture NCE potential through the usage of DORs/WORs/MORs/GSTD
• Responsible for issue escalation to the team lead

• Elaboration and maintenance of contracts for various businesses (Roasted Coffee, Purina, Ice Cream and Vending)
• Request for the issuance of checks for contracted clients (verification of invoices)
• Updating contract database (Excel and Access) - BSD (Bussiness Support Data Base) - update of 'Consumption Indexing'
• Preparation of Purchase Requisition (PR) and respective Good Receive (GR)
• Creation of asset / equipment numbers (assets), their maintenance and accounting of their respective costs
• Preparation of monthly reporting - Equipment database
• Ensure the maintenance of states of equipment to ensure the updating of the database. Contracts - analysis and change of states
