- Installation of virtualization platform using Hyper-V and VMware ESXI
- Setting up virtual machines (Windows Server) for DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, File Sharing and Remote Desktop, services
- Publishing RemoTeApps and testing remote access to applications and servers via VPN client
- Implementation of a ticketing platform, helpdesk, management of equipment, control and registration of serial numbers and communication with zabbix and OCS
