I have been a local resident in Lagos for three years and have enjoyed eating at this particular restaurant multiple times over the past 8 months. Since a very young age the industry has always appealed to me. For the last ten years I have constantly pursued opportunities to develop my skills. While this would be my first time applying for a managerial role, I believe my previous experience, work ethic and hands on methodology allows me to tackle new challenges confidently and with resolve. I understand the importance of a healthy, happy and motivated team as well as a positive work environment. I truly believe I am capable of leading, creating or keeping this. Although I am a team leader, I am also a team player, capable of thriving in situations that create pressure. Organization is something I am not prepared to comprise on. I hold a high regard for hygiene productivity and above all honesty. While Luzzo is a relatively modern company, I believe delivering a personalized dining experience to every guest is an obligation in this industry.
