Providing support and assistance to Vietnamese refugees in closed camps. Working with NGO's delivering educational, vocational and cultural programmes within the camps. Managing and approving project funds. Promoting the rights and wellbeing of refugees, advocating for their needs and raising awareness about their situation.

Providing programmes for unaccompanied minors in closed refugee camps, prior to resettlement. Overseeing the overall functioning of the educational, vocational and child health programmes in the camp, ensuring they operated efficiently and effectively to the benefit of the refugees.

Responsible for recruiting, assessing and supporting foster carers and adoptive parents. Ensuring high-quality care for children and young people placed with them. Managing and supporting social workers making placements. Providing appropriate reports for adoption panels and courts.

Responsible for assessing client's needs, developing and implementing care plans, providing support and advocacy to help children and families.
