In this job I am responsible for solving software problems and organizing all the legal proceedings.

I worked with a team of 5 people including me helping costumers with their issues with various situations, for example, delivering a fridge, bringing back to life an old pc or making sure their vacuum cleaner insurance was applied.I worked with a team of 5 people including me helping costumers with their issues with various situations, for example, delivering a fridge, bringing back to life an old pc or making sure their vacuum cleaner insurance was applied.

In this experience I was integrated in a team that was working on a project using Agile Methodologies I developed a REST API using Python making IDAccess work side to side with Jira, I worked with Azure Databases and Postman.

In this experience I have been given the opportunity of refreshing the website of the company, I worked with Wordpress, HTML, CSS and PHP, it was very interesting and I had a good time working with the team.
