I am a sports enthusiast, and physical activity is a vital part of my daily routine. In addition to the health benefits, both physical and mental, daily exercise enables me to cultivate self-discipline, commitment, consistency, and a drive for ongoing self- improvement.

I practice various sports and occasionally participate in running and trail competitions to challenge myself and develop my goal setting skills to succeed.
