Summary

I started my adventure in the hotel business in the early 90's in small family run hotels, with great ambitions. Since the beginning it has been an exciting journey, which allowed me to explore a unique world able to feed my hunger for success and satisfy my passion for this profession. Like an explorer I visited this exciting world, passing by various departments, to acquire the needed knowledge and experience to climb the ladder and reach important stages of my career.

The many years spent in the hotel business, allowed me to become a solid and experienced General Manager capable to set clear expectations and pursue goals whilst involving others. Keen to maintain and create strong professional relationships with guests, associates, colleagues and partners, I always strive to exceed expectations, increase revenues and improve business profitability.
