Clinical Coding:

  • With over 6 years of experience as a Clinical Coder and certifications in medical terminology, I apply my in-depth coding knowledge to ensure the accurate and consistent application of codes to patient records.
  • Effectively check and code relevant clinical information from clinic letters, ensuring all entries are accurate and actioned appropriately to ensure patient safety. Ensuring all clinic letters requiring action are promptly passed to the relevant party, ensuring a streamlined process and minimising delays in patient care.

    Act as one of the safeguarding leads within the practice, attending safeguarding meetings with external agencies to report concerns related to children's welfare within the practice.
    Ensure that all concerns raised are accurately documented and that meeting minutes are appropriately recorded in each relevant patient's record to support their ongoing safety and care.
