In 2021 the main goal was to improve processes, reduce costs and increase hiring speed.

- Audited recruiting sources and tools;
- Created automated analytics (connected QlikView for visualisation);
- Created and held the recruthon (internal hackathon) which helped to find fresh ideas and improve the hiring process.

- Created ToV (unified company and brand presentation format for candidates);
- Created and implemented a new handmade hiring analytics system (automating with Jira, QlikView, and Huntflow);
