• Carry out various tasks in the manufacturing process, in the different stages of labor by manual or mechanical processes, such as: preparing machines and moulds, manufacturing, demoulding and finishing products, iron reinforcement, assembling, moving and packaging products, cleaning equipment and installations and other tasks related to the manufacture of precast concrete products.
• Collaborates in the maintenance of line equipment and the workplace. And collaborates with the quality department.
• Complies with manufacturing, production, hygiene and safety standards.

• Operate CNC Router machine.
• Properly loaded and unloaded materials in and out
  of the machines.
• Do machine set-up and configure CNC machine
  settings.
• Loading programs into the CNC Machines.
• Performing minor maintenance tasks to ensuring
  CNC machines function correctly.
  

• Basic set-up based on tooling sheet adjustment and machine operation.
• Check the measurement of the item every after counter alarm.
• Check the condition of the cutting tools every start of the shift.
• Change cutting tools if broken or if it is reached the maximum usage.
• Can perform basic trouble shooting with very less supervision.
• Complete all required recordkeeping.

Okuma GenosL250II, Okuma Spaceturn LB2500EX and Makino L2.
Measuring Equipment: STM, Pin Guage, Micrometer, Vernier Caliper,
Keyence (IM6020), Height Guage and Cylinder Guage.

• Maintain Plastic Injection Molding Machinery.
• Making correct adjustments to ensure maximum production and quality of
  product.
• Analyzes mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and operational problems of plastic
  injection molding machines.
• Ensures all work performed meets required safety codes and is properly
  inspected.

• Attends to anode effects in order to avoid reoccurrence or cell instability by
  taking proper action.
• Operate Potroom Cranes, such as Anode Setting, Metal Tapping, Anode Adjustment and Beam Raising.
• Assists in the start-up of all new or restart cells prior to and after pot pre-heat.
  Carry out copper dilution tests and take bath/metal samples when required.
• Performs the measuring task such as metal/bath anode current distribution.
  

• Set up and operates Injection-Molding Machines to cast products from Thermoplastic Materials: Install dies on machine, according to work order specifications, using clamps, bolts, hand tools, and overhead crane.
• Sets machine controls, regulating molding temperature, volume of plastic, molding pressure and time, according to knowledge of plastics and molding procedures.
