• In 2016 I was promoted to be a key interface between Finance/Accounting/Tax department, Procurement department, and Planning & Project Control department
• Established and supervised main reports which analysts from different departments provided on a regular basis
• Responsible for controlling the majority of Services and Engineering contracts of the Turkstream gas pipeline with a project value of over 250 million Eur
• Managed and controlled project costs budgetary constraints (both OPEX and CAPEX), forecasts, cost at completion, budget/plan execution and report on progress to Senior Management
• Monitored and controlling financial commitments, payment milestones, invoicing and accruals estimation
• Resolved (ad-hoc) actions, questions or information requests from company management, main shareholder and external auditors while closely collaborating with Finance/Tax department and Contracts/Procurement department

in this position I was reporting directly to CFO and managed the Reporting team (two FTE)

• Responsible for delivery of “Monthly Shareholder's Report” on overall project progress and financials
• Provided valuable insights in project planning cycles
• Prepared and presented detailed reports on project life-to-date budget with quarterly and yearly updates to Senior Management
• Prepared presentations to CFO on ad-hoc basis and to support queries from External Financial Auditors (Deloitte and PWC)
• Actively worked with main stakeholders within Financial, Commercial and Engineering departments for reports' consolidation

• Managed the preparation of all financial reporting delivered to Managing Board (MB). Main delivery: monthly pack which set out the financial performance and position (budget/forecasts/actuals) of RBS Holdings NV including capital rations, liquidity and funding forecasts
• Managed preparation of performance commentary (business review) for Annual report of RBS NV
• Prepared ad hoc presentations on segment and regional financials as well as forecasts for MB
• Challenged segment and regional budget and forecasts
• Attended regular IFRS update/trainings provided by Group Chief Accountants department of RBS Group Plc

• Gave advice to the credit approvers on country, portfolio and counterparty data issues which have crucial impact on economic capital savings and Basel II RWA achieve
• Prepared reports on credit portfolio data issues and monitor progress on solving the issues
• Revised and update credit approval procedures
• Lead participation in project aiming at achieving ABN AMRO's compliance with Basel II Advanced Internal Rating-Based Approach (IRB)
• Attended courses on "Risk Analysis for Lenders" provided by Moody's Training Services and other in-house courses on Corporate Risk Assessment.
