  • With this I am asking to work at nirvana. I have got enough experience and knowledge about the work in a kitchen, I might als be able to give some new ideas and we'll work together to make the best outcome possible.
  • Now that I recently came from a hotel where I prepared the mise-en-place for compo salads, made most of the desserts 8I know how to make all of them), cutting cheese, making ceviches, which were the things for the buffet. Then sometimes organizing the mise-en-place for à la carte and snacks.
  • In the summer and also a bit after, the service where we had in big times 300 costumers and now in small times 30, where I reputed buffet alone sometimes in big times, and if not alone, also making snacks and helping with à la carte (still being an intern), then when it were small times, we came to be only 2 cooks, usually 3, and there I could do à la carte alone almost.
  • I also speak portuguese, german, dutch, english and a little bit of french ans spanish.
