As a Brand Builder, I was responsible for planning, organizing and managing brand activations in POS (in 2019, there was an 80/90% increase in the activations compared to 2018) and developing strong relationships with sales teams and channel representatives to improve the overall brand experience for consumers.
Main Achievement:
- Responsible for increasing awareness of brand Mateus Rosé (and its range) in the Horeca Channel (the real presence in this channel exceeded 300 points of sale at the beginning of 2020 – only in the Oporto area).
As a Sales International Manager, I was responsible for monetarize customer buying trends, market conditions, and competitors' actions, managed the company's presence at major international trade fairs and public relations events to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with national sales managers in various countries (such as Denmark, France, Cyprus, Italy and Spain).
Main Achievements:
- Retained 100 per cent of clients and won over ten new clients (Poland, Turkey, Gabon, Honduras, Malta, etc.) in the first year.
- Increased the team's revenue totals by achieving more than 1,000,000 euros in sales (closed a major contract with the Polish company SMYK Group), resulting in a 25 per cent increase in revenue.
- Created and nurtured impactful relationships with customers, including regular market visits to cultivate loyalty, increasing customer satisfaction ratings by 80 per cent.
As Brand Manager, I reported to the manager director, coordinated a team of four (marketeers and designers) and collaborated with the brand's sales and marketing teams. I managed and developed the brands, ensuring the best strategies and executing sales plans.

As a Marketing and Public Relations Assistant, I reported directly to the Sales Director. I was responsible for managing the communication and marketing strategy, implementing the media and public relations initiatives, and the attempt to increased sales, ensuring strategic alignment.

- Creation, monitoring, implementation and control of the Communication and Marketing Strategy at a national and international level.

- Coordination of the rebranding of the Port Wine's range and its launch on the international market.
As Marketing and Communication Manager, reporting directly to the Sales Director and collaborated directly with the sales department. I managed the launch and implementation of the brands in the Portuguese market and performed public relations functions in the management of events.

As a Communication Manager, reporting directly to the Regional Director, I led a team of two people. I developed internal and external communication strategies and developed and promoted corporate brand image and identity for media and consumers.
