Summary

My name is Layla Pollack. My family and I have moved from the Seattle, US area to beautiful Portugal in hopes of living a better and safer life. As much as I have enjoyed taking a step back from owning and managing my own real estate consultation business, I am finding that I want and need an additional outlet that will allow me to build a personal and professional community.

It has been a wild ten years, and my business managed to survive and thrive through the many ups and downs that affect the real estate industry. It has been my honor and pleasure to not only assist my clients, but also to help other real estate professionals achieve success in their own businesses.

As a mentor, instructor, and coach, I have found deep professional satisfaction in helping other people grow. Mentoring other professionals has helped me reach my own goals and realize my potential. Assisting in building teams of professionals, and facilitating healthy team and work cultures is a passion of mine. After all, we spend extraordinary amounts of time with our colleagues. A healthy work environment is key to personal and professional satisfaction, and affects the overall performance and function of any work environment. It is with that thought that I reach out to you now.

I have been fortunate to have had a diverse series of professional experiences that apply to many areas. That said, I know there is always room for growth and improvement. Seeking out environments and people that challenge me, and require learning and growth, are a big part of the person that I am.

Outside of Work

I enjoy the outdoors and love hiking, biking, and yoga. Art and music are a big part of our household, and it is not uncommon to find us working on creative projects, or having a mid-day dance party! My family consists of two adults, two teens, and three dogs. We are thrilled to be living an amazing life here, in Portugal!
