- Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in defining and executing the overall commercial strategy and revenue objectives.
- Actively contribute to budget planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across all market segments.
- Drive sales performance through key account management, business development, and conversion of transient, corporate, group, and MICE business.
- Maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, partners, DMCs, and event planners.
- Work closely with Revenue Management to align pricing, inventory, and demand strategies, with a focus on high‑yield transient and luxury segments.
- Support Conference & Catering sales and operations, ensuring seamless coordination between sales and operational teams.
- Act as Director of Sales & Marketing in their absence when required, supporting leadership continuity.
- Drive group and events sales across Corporate, MICE, Incentives, Leisure Groups, Weddings, and Social Events.
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry and contracting to coordination with operational teams.
- Develop and maintain strong client and partner relationships, generating repeat and new business.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations to optimize pricing, space utilization, and event execution.
- Maximize revenue through strategic upselling while ensuring high client satisfaction.
