- Digital team coordination (5) and planning of digital content strategy including blog and social media content (facebook, instagram, tik tok, discord, youtube, twitter, twitch) and digital media advertising
- Responsible for strategic planning, coordination and execution of full digital campaigns flows across multiple channels, always align with organization's goals and target audience:
//Google - shopping and search (PMAX), Demand Gen, Local ads, Youtube campaigns
// Social media ads in Meta Business Suite, Tiktok ads manager and X Ads Business
//Affiliates (Awin), comparators, remarketing (Criteo), display and programmatic
- Research and implement new strategic marketing tactics that drive brand awareness and traffic to fnac.pt and identify opportunities for campaign improvements
- Coordinate the creative and social team to develop visually/copy appealing for impactful campaigns assets
- Implement tracking, develop dashboards in Adobe analytics and connecting another analytics tools (Power BI, Meta Business, TikTok Business, Buzzmonitor, Google ads, SEM Rush) to monitor all digital campaigns and measure.
- Responsible for Content hub (blog): coordination with external suppliers and marketing team to produce content that responds to customer needs, always focusing on increasing organic visits to fnac.pt
- Prospecting innovation trends in digital media, content and social media.
