Performed the duties of a Customer Service Representative at exemplary level :
• Account management –Taking care of client's needs and providing assistance with any account aspect, ranging from sales and billing to account ownership disputes and account restoration in an end to end customer experience.
• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints regarding high profile games such as World of Warcraft, Diablo, Overwatch and Call of Duty effectively over multiple contact channels using strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution techniques while achieving service rating targets.
