Job description

• Stock management of parts available at the Stellantis Group's Logistics Centers
• Monitoring of average consumption of parts and quality control
• Launch of new production orders (scheduled, extraordinary or one-off) with Stellantis Group parts suppliers
• Negotiation with suppliers of final buy cost for parts production , in case of extraordinary or one-off new production orders

• Managing all Logistic activity from CMA-CGM in Portugal, related with equipment (cargo containers) for cargo maritime transport

Job description

• Container stock management in the several depots located in Portugal (Lisboa, Leixões and Setúbal)
• Shunting containers to Portugal and outside Portugal, by land or sea, for container stock maintenance purposes
• Contacting with the several depots located in Portugal, for assignment of equipment for export shipments of containers by sea from Portugal
• Negotiating with Logistic activity suppliers (depots and hauliers) their annual tariffs
  

• Supervising and controlling all containerised cargo maritime import process from shipment at the port of origin till discharge at the final destination port

Job description

• Controlling new cargo bookings allocation (from local accounts) at ports of origin
• Checking shipping documentation issued at the ports of origin
• Controlling the cargo effective transhipment at the designated ports of transhipment
• Sending all needed and associated documentation allowing containerised cargo to be discharged at the final ports of destination
• Confirming effective discharge of cargos at the final ports of destination
• Controlling and invoicing storage costs at Port Terminals as well as containers demurrage costs
• Commercial management of rail shuttle fro the Port of Sines to the Bobadela rail ramp Terminal, associated to import cargos coming from China and South East Asia
• Managing the Cargo Claims process, with the Carrier's Legal Department as well as with the clients and their representatives

• Developing all Commercial import activity associated to maritime containerised cargo from all the World to Portugal, namely from Chinese, South East Asia, Indian Sub-Continent, South America, Baltic States, Turkey, North Africa, Mexico, Central America and U.S. East Coast markets

• Raising new accounts thru commercial visits and/ or telephone contacts
• Managing already existing accounts thru commercial visits and/ or telephone contacts
• Commercial management of rail shuttle fro the Port of Sines to the Bobadela rail ramp Terminal, associated to import cargos coming from China and South East Asia
• Managing the Cargo Claims process, with the Carrier's Legal Department as well as with the clients and their representatives
• Negotiating with the Carrier all tariffs associated with containerised import cargo, by sea, for the Portuguese market
• Annual presentation of Commercial results to the Carrier
• Annual elaboration of Commercial import budget for Carrier's approval

• Developing all Commercial import activity associated to maritime containerised cargo from 3rd Party represented Carrier (CMA-CGM), from all the World to Portugal, namely from Chinese, South East Asia, Indian Sub-Continent, South America, Baltic States, Turkey, North Africa, Mexico, Central America and U.S. East Coast markets
