
After two serious illnesses, I decided to take a hiatus from the corporate world for a few years to focus on my health and develop my passion for creativity, namely, cooking and photography.
Returning to the workforce, I am easily adaptable working from home, or in an office environment. Preferably a mix of both.
Creation of original recipes, with unique plating style and photography for my home restaurant as well as a well-known brand and social media influencer.
Menu creation and content Chef Creator on the @Gronda, an application for professional chefs and other subscribers.
In 2014 I volunteered at a missionary school in Western Kenya, helping with budgets and developed nutritional meal planning. I also designed and implemented an Art Psychology class for all ages attending the school that was very successful.
Also in 2014, I informally created my private charity called "For The Children" and informally adopted a family of six, plus two teenagers who were blended into one family, and had them educated in private schools, as well as trade schools. We continue to be one family, and communicate frequently.
