• Script creation and Interpretation: Deeply analizing the script and deciding how to tell the story- what themes to emphasize, what the tone will be, and how the characters should come to life.
• Shape the vision: Creating an inified artistic vision and communicate it to the cast and crew- think mood, pacing, style and setting.
• Lead rehearsals: Working closely with the students to develop characters, clock scenes (decide where actors move ans stand).
• Problem solver: Whether it´s time constraints, casting issues, or technical hiccups.
• Inspiring the team: Creating an environment where cast and crew feel motivated, challenged and supported.
• Choreographer: Creating the choreographies and choosing the music that best fit in the show.

Using Drama as a form communication for children aged 8 to 12 years old.

• Using the students' skills for their own benefit;

Making a vulnerable work, creating a safe and supporting environment where students feel confortable expressing themselves.
