Main Achievements

  • I supported the client "Pangaia" in the E-commerce process "Go-live", through the challenges that a Go-live Ecommerce involves. Collaboration in the creation, implementation, and changes to the warehouse process to improve service delivery, efficiency, and profitability of distribution operations. I created several commercial proposals that, in close collaboration with the Client, provided savings of more than £50000 per year by improving the information that the Client provided. Subsequently, making the necessary changes to this data, after a correct analysis of the real-time actions collected, resulted in a more accurate inventory replenishment process. This was part of customer support and driving Operational Continuous Improvement.
  • I created a mentoring program for the warehouse's human resources through the development and use of an educational tool. Effectively designed and successfully delivered a comprehensive Succession Planning training program for the Distribution Center. I played a fundamental role in solving problems related to the ability to comply with the Customer Service Level Agreement in a 3 PL distribution center. I implemented a support system so that the customer could improve deliveries of the Next-day E-commerce service. Failure of service was reduced by 50% and I reduced the failures to less than 0.5% of the orders.
