Mariia Filonenko

In this role at a UK-based AdTech startup in London, I build scalable features and reporting systems for some of the world’s largest advertising agencies and media holdings. Within the team, I serve as the lead engineer of the Linear TV section, taking ownership of key architecture and feature development. One of my major contributions has been leading the development of the first integration with the UK’s national TV booking platform, Caria, enabling streamlined campaign planning and automation for our clients. In my day-to-day work, I use React and Next.js 15 on the frontend, and NestJS on the backend. I also regularly work with AWS services to ensure our systems are scalable and production-ready.

During this internship at Samsung, I was learning how to use deep learning for complex data processing. Using FCNN, RNN and Transformers (BERT) I was training ML models with mentor.

Intensive practice using the most popular

technologies in WebDev. I was working with a commercial project with FastAPI Back-End and React TypeScript Front-End.
