- Mentor 1 Talent Sourcer and 1 Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Coach the business on different People topics, including performance, feedback, career development, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning with comprehensive training and development programs.
- Implement performance reviews and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain the company compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Serve as the point of contact in Portugal for all HR-related queries from employees and providers.
