Hello, my name is Martim Pereira. I hold a degree in Anthropology, specializing in Culture and Symbolism, as well as Business Anthropology and Migrational Studies, all of which have given me a very broad perspective of the social and cultural dynamics at play in all walks of life. From the age of 18, I have worked in various fields, from hospitality to sales, often taking on leadership roles. I have extensive experience in conflict resolution within team environments and handling customer complaints effectively. My background extends beyond the professional domain, as I have been actively involved in Academic Associations and Politics, coordinating teams of up to 100 people in high-pressure environments while managing financial and social responsibilities. I am fluent in English at a native level and proficient in Spanish, with basic knowledge of French and German, and an intermediate level in Italian. Additionally, my ability to establish empathy and communicate effectively makes me a natural mediator and my background in the service industry makes me an efficient problem solver.
