■Perform daily, weekly, quarterly, annually maintenance routines on Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation and Mechanical equipment.
■ Repair and maintain the equipment for Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation and Mechanical equipment in order to ensure smooth and efficiency of operations.
■ Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns that occurs on equipment under my responsibility to reduce or eliminate production downtime.
■ Ensures daily assembly, disassembly and format changing of inkjet coding systems (INK-JET), according to production plan.
■ Ensures high safety standards of equipment and its operations.
■ Know the environmental policy and collaborate in the mechanisms of prevention and control of pollution by company’s defined rules.
■ Identify potential environmental risks and inform management to limit or eliminate risk of potential issues.

- Ensure reliability of electrical/mechanical process control hardware and software operation.
- Prepare and execute Preventive and Predictive maintenance of all critical electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Ensure minimum downtime of electrical and mechanical equipment and maintain plant at high level of Efficiency, Safety and Quality.
- Manage all technical aspects of plant's electrical power distribution from utility company service entrance down through switchboards, transformers, distribution panels to all individual loads.
- Participate in all electrical, mechanical and automation projects to ensure design, drawings, and specifications meets process requirements, cost effective and are in accordance with good engineering practices.
- Comply with all Safety, Food Safety and Quality standards related to plant operations.
- Coordinates daily reports on all electrical and mechanical breakdowns and action points.

- Installation of transformers, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance. - Installation of medium and low voltage circuit breakers (Oil, Gas & Vacuum), testing, troubleshooting and maintenance.

- Operation and isolation of medium voltage and low voltage system. - Installation and testing of earthing system.

- Medium and low voltage underground cable project execution.

- Termination and jointing of medium and low voltage underground cables.

- Testing and troubleshooting of fault on medium and low voltage underground cables.

- Medium and low voltage overhead line project execution.

- Testing and troubleshooting of faults on medium and low voltage overhead lines.

- Installation of lightning arresters and drop-out fuses.

- Ensure reliability of electrical and process control hardware and software operation.
- Prepare and execute Preventive and Predictive maintenance of all critical electrical equipment.

· Maintenance of A/C and D/C motors.

· Start-up and operation of stand-by generators in event of Grid power outage.

· Schematic circuit diagram reading and interpretation.

· Meggering and Preventive maintenance of electrical motors.

· Calibration of instruments such as: temperature gauges, temperature transmitters, pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, pneumatic control valves, vacuum gauges and vacuum transmitters.

· Maintenance and programing of electrical speed drives (Dan Foss VLT, Power flex, Mitsubishi, omron Hitachi, Yaskawa).

· Troubleshooting in electrical panels and control faults.

· Recording of various electrical values (KW, KVA, KWH, KVAR and power factor).
