I worked at the winery of Quinta da Lagoa Velha, in Bairrada, during the harvest in August and September, carrying out laboratory work and assisting in the organization and participation in the grape reception and processing processes. So far, I have taken part in three wine production campaigns.
This experience has helped me develop teamwork and logistics skills, as well as perseverance in handling workdays of over 12 hours.

I played federated football for seven years, which allowed me to develop teamwork and interpersonal skills by interacting with people of different backgrounds and working towards a collective goal. Additionally, it helped me cultivate a sense of responsibility and commitment, both to my team and to life in general.
TennisI played tennis for five years, which helped me develop emotional intelligence by preventing pressure and frustration from affecting my performance. Tennis is also important for improving concentration, focus, and self-confidence, as each point must be played without being influenced by external factors.

Since 2022, I have been part of an ecological and solidarity-based project organized by Colégio Nossa Senhora da Assunção in Famalicão. The project's goal is to cycle from Anadia (Aveiro, Portugal) to Chamblanc (France) to promote healthy lifestyle habits while also helping those in need.
Each year, we select an institution to support, and by promoting the initiative among companies and organizations, we challenge them to make a donation to the chosen institution. So far, we have helped the Portuguese Red Cross, the Acreditar Association, and the Portuguese League Against Cancer. We aim to complete the project in 2025.
Throughout this journey, I have had the opportunity to challenge myself both physically and mentally, explore new countries, meet new people, and foster camaraderie and mutual support among the participants in this initiative.
