Hobbies - Capoeira Teacher, Community Developer

I am a Capoeira teacher on my spare time dedicated to working with communities in both Lisbon and Gambia. My focus is on community development, sustainability, and empowerment through Capoeira. 


I offer classes and workshops that not only teach the art of Capoeira but also promote values of unity, respect, and personal growth. 


In addition to these programs, I run fundraising campaigns aimed at supporting local projects that foster social change and create opportunities  in these communities. 


By using Capoeira as a tool for social transformation, I strive to empower individuals and help them build stronger, more sustainable communities.
