- Working on a project, where the rearrange of current client’s funds fashion was aimed. At the first stage, they were looking for advise how to shape the funds best. In order to meet that expectation, workshop with multiple Citi Ops Teams was arranged in order to figure out the structure which could improve client’s financial efficiency.
- Identifying and integrating information from numerous tools, processes, documentation and stakeholders in order to design solution recommendations – GOLD GRATITUDE for enabling OTC trading on client’s funds.
- The project consisted of: close work with client, client’s broker and Citi internal operational teams; setting up the whole process from the scratch; establishing the requirements for the trade instruction, its delivery time and method; agreeing information received from the broker on a daily basis as well as on a specific cases – its’s format and deadline; defining which internal tools should be adjusted and how based on provided procedures and conversations with SMEs – writing BRDs; preparing test documentation where multiple scenarios were checked and information flow with mapping correctness between the systems was examined; assembling a back-up plan for the time when an information is received late; defining step by step implementation plan along with assigned teams in a given time.
