  • Lead the development of Sanofi Pre-launch and Launch blueprint, namely the development of the new launch framework, new Launch Excellence Capabilities, and new cross functional launch playbooks.
  • Lead the initial efforts towards the partnership with Mclaren on the Launch Simulator

SILC – From April 2025

  • Work with SILC Head to support core team meetings preparation and delivery, SILC presentations and cross-department articulation (eg. Brand plan; GTMC; FTE Resource allocation, FLex, Plai). Partner with the core team members and business franchises to build SILC – Sanofi Integrated Launch Capabilities. Team Leadership. FLex recruitment and onboarding.
  • Build SILC Foundations: Evolving the previous delivered work on playbooks and applying a standardized structure (ongoing). SILC KPIs – get to the first set of approved cross functional KPIs. Lead the efforts from SILC on KPIs definition and validation with the core team and support data integration. New pressure test on Tole ELC. IDCC Mapping
  • Leapfrogging with SILC – Work together with Digital accelerator building SILC SUITE, namely defining the business requirements for SILC Navigator, SILC Mission control (KPIs monitor) and Governance. Support Launch Simulator team partnering with IQVIA to get relevant competitors data.

  • Market shaping through redesigning COPD patient care journey, improving COPD screening, referrals and diagnosis, enlarging the COPD market. WW roll-out of Air Smart, first ever spirometer connected to mobile device allowing access to diagnosis in PC setting, something not possible before due to the lack of access to spirometry.
