  • Cultural Transformation : Played a central role in shaping and evolving the company culture to create an open, inclusive, and engaging environment. Established rituals and events that connect employees to our values and mission, fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose.
  • HR Processes & Wellbeing : Designed and implemented HR frameworks, policies, and processes that support a holistic approach to employee well-being, including mental health initiatives, flexible work arrangements, and career development programs. I introduced impactful recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure successful and happy teams. Discovered and resolved complex employee issues that affected management and business decisions.
