As soon as leaving school i went to work for a fine dinning restaurant. A year later we won a star and by then I was already in charge of elaborating, with the help of the chef, the dessert menu. Later on I was also became responsible for preparing the dessert menu of the gastro bar and the bistro. I am organized and creative, self-taught and if there is something I don't know I try to inform myself and learn, so that the creation of the final product is not in any way limited. I am punctual and responsible, I take my work very seriously and I love what I do. For me, pastry is a way to brighten people's lives and I want to take this joy to many more, thus developing my skills as a professional
