Master Data Management (MDM):

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of master data, such as customer information, vendor details, product data, and other relevant information.
• Ensuring data integrity and consistency across different systems and databases.
• Collaborating with various departments to gather, validate, and update master data.
• Implementing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures.
• Resolving data quality issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Supporting data migration projects and system upgrades by managing master data requirements.
• Generating reports and providing insights on master data quality and completeness.

Payment Processing:

• Processing invoices, expense reports, and other payment requests accurately and efficiently.
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Managing vendor relationships and addressing payment-related inquiries and discrepancies.
• Initiating payments through various methods such as checks, wire transfers, and electronic payment platforms.
• Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving any discrepancies.
• Collaborating with procurement and finance teams to ensure timely payment approvals.
• Maintaining payment records and documentation for auditing purposes.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements to streamline payment processes and enhance efficiency.
  

Analyze complex AP issues.

• Process reviews in accordance with Bank policies.
• Apply more advanced comprehensive accounts payable and accounting principles, practices and techniques to record, classify and analyze data and transactions.
• Provide support for problem resolutions, including analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, root cause identification and corrective actions related to processes and serves as a resource to others.
• Interact and communicate with internal and external customers, other FRBs and Audit and maintains effective working relationship with Stakeholders.
• Research and evaluate processes to provide recommended improvements/ standardization to improve the efficiency/effectiveness of systems and policies.
• Participate in specialized projects and System workgroups, providing advanced knowledge to develop and recommend advancements in policies and procedures.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts and complex reports.
• Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of systems, procedures and policies to ensure adherence to the FRS guidelines and policies.

• Verification and accounting of supplier documents;
• Assistance in the implementation of administrative procedures that guarantee the reliability of supplier accounts;
• Ensure compliance with the monthly / annual closing dates.
