I spent 4 years in the Transactions department, starting as a Senior Analyst and eventually reaching my current position of Senior Associate (Level 3), being part of a fast-track promotion process during this time.

Throughout this period, I engaged in multiple projects across diverse areas of expertise, resulting in the acquisition of the following key skills:

• Analytical Proficiency: I developed strong analytical skills by meticulously analyzing various companies and its operations. This entailed producing comprehensive supporting analyses, responsibility to identify critical findings of a company and/or transaction, and identification and computations of the main adjustments to company's EBITDA, Net Working Capital and Net Debt.
• Effective Reporting: As Senior Associate, I was entrusted with the design, oversight, and completion of the reports to be delivered to the client;
• Team leadership: I cultivated robust team leadership skills, leading 'field-work' teams (usually comprising two to four members). My leadership approach involved adeptly delegating tasks based on team members' strengths, skill sets, and experience, while also being responsible for the reviews of their outputs and analysis. Furthermore, I was actively involved in mentoring and guiding team members to facilitate their continuous growth and development.
• Project management: My role extended to acting as a vital communication link between our team and all other project-related teams, including legal, tax, and financial advisors, as well as with the client and its transaction advisors.

After a year in Corporate Audit, I've gained practical experience across diverse industries and companies, while sharpening my client interaction, pressure handling, and professional skills.
