Snag List on Siemens Gamesa Turbines in Norway

• Paint works,cleaning works, updates, grease exchanges, bolt exchanges, re torque
• Check all the turbine for points and damages, make picture, reports

Main activities and responsibilities:

Follow all the safety rules and standards.

Pulling power cables, wire up all the
cables in the correct places bottombox, topbox ,box 8, making cable loop, wire up inside blades, cleaning, painting, mounting elevator, and all that its
needed to do inside and out of the turbine to get the job done

I adapted again and faced the new challenges.
After staying 3 months at home between trainings, they didn't have electrical projects starting, so i joined to help 1 Enercon team doing Installation in
Falkenwalde, one E‑138 EP3 E2(160) and two updates, Blades in one E‑138 EP
3 E2(160) and Generator in one E‑48.

I learned everything again, was all new for me but was enlightening and
rewarding learning new skills.
I learned about slings, torques, bolts, use different torque machines,ropes,torpedo's, winches, how to manage the site...etc
Clipping power cables, leds and matching lengths like instruction. Cabling E-module, retificator, sensors, connection cooper bars low voltage to medium voltage. Making cable loop, cleaning, painting, mounting elevator.

All the Grid and Finishing was on our hands.
Today with all of this new knowledge i can say im able to do any mechanical job also.
Was a very good addition to my skills and to the big picture, the know how about the installation/assembly of a wind turbine.

  medium voltage. Making cable loop, cleaning, painting, mounting elevator.

Rotor Blade Inspection,Maintenance and Repairs in Enercon Turbines

Main activities and Responsibilities:

• Carrying out curative and preventive maintenance on components of wind
  rotor blades; Inspection and repair of integral elements of the rotor blades;
  Integration in the maintenance teams allocated to the local intervention;
  Periodic reporting of maintenance work to company structure

Working with Nordex Delta 4K doing Mechanical/Electrical and Finishing Nacelle

Main activities and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning, Painting, Wire up Cables, Tightening of cooler tubes, Silicone's,Put Varidus (cooler liquid), Mass cleaning and assembly of tray, Mounting of
  temperature sensors, Place Heat shrink sleeves, Fitting couplings, Alignment
  of Generator... among many other tasks inherent to my role.

Working in Precision Metalworking operating a Laser Machine

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Starting Laser Machine and checking if all the components are good,do the
  necessary maintenance on it, such as cleaning drawers, rugs, tables and
  rulers,
• Assessing and inserting programs, Cutting according to the type of
  material and urgency, Knowing how to redefine basic parameters of the
  machine to always ensure a quality cut, and other tasks inherent to the
  occupation.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Photovoltaic Panels Massive assemblies, fixing panels, stretching strings, positioning tubes, placing clamps, making chips, etc
• Electrical installations, air conditioning, telecommunications, production installation electricity, sale of equipment related to the activity.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Piking, packaging, labeling, support in production, production, baking/going to the oven, assembly and disassembly of machines, cleaning, organization e continuity of work...etc.
