• Responsible for the People & Culture area, namely the creation of policies and procedures, application of current legislation and all changes that may occur, onboarding and offboarding, recruitment and selection, creation and management of the training plan, assessment of the climate and motivational state of the company, creation of strategies to strengthen the company's commitment and culture, sharing of information to support decision-making, organization of the 4 annual face-to-face events, among others.

• Responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing, writing and placing job advertisements; screening applicants, conducting background checks and extending offers; Coordination the on-boarding processes; Carry out the diagnosis of the training needs of the workers to promote their technical and professional development;
• Prepare proposals for programs appropriate to the professional development of workers, in line with the functional requirements of each job, the results of the diagnosis of training needs and the development needs identified in the annual cycle of performance evaluation; Develop the annual training plan and consequent evaluation of the training; Work closely with departments to assist line managers to understand and implement HR policies and procedures; Assist in the development of policies, guidelines and instructions on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management; Support in the administrative management of human resources, such as, data maintenance systems, legal reports, cost analysis, preparation of monthly reports, absenteeism management and archive; All other duties as assigned related to HR department.

Coordination of 3 people in the area of human resources development.

• Responsible for the Recruitment and Selection of Salsa shops in Portugal.
