My career path is visibly atypical because I am naturally passionate about different fields of intervention and work. Art and culture were my first loves, but a long love affair with social intervention made me share these two lives for a few years.
Until I found a common denominator between both areas: the difficulties of funding and financial sustainability - and that's why, after going through event production, education, training, social intervention and entrepreneurship, I decided to dedicate myself to better understanding the reasons for these difficulties and focusing on solutions.
I realized that most of the founders of these organizations, usually non-profit, are too involved and focused on the end goal, the problem or passion that led them to create the organization (poverty, illness, sport, culture, community needs etc.) but usually these people (and in a way it's a good thing) are far from "profit" thinking and the confusion between profit and financially sustainable persists and creates countless difficulties for these organizations and the achievement of their goals.
.
That's why I started dedicating myself to global project management, administrative and financial management and to seeking more independence and autonomy for these organizations, guiding them towards creative solutions for producing products and services that are marketable and can generate revenue that can self-finance these organizations and their projects.
