● Designing internal administrative processes, monitoring internal systems and compliance;
● Document archive management (sorting, organization, registers, maintenance);
● Management of legal documents life cycle from draft to execution by tracking their status through
various stages, coordinating timely reviews and approvals, maintaining version records, facilitating
physical and electronic signing, and ensuring proper storage and archiving of fully executed
documents.
● Corporate secretary responsibilities: organizing agendas, record-keeping, facilitating company-wide
conference calls (All Hands), and assisting with team calls;
● Support for the legal department (document signing, board work, interaction with banks, suggestions
for process improvement, participation in department calls);

● Assist legal team members and the Company's management with special projects and initiatives as
