Be the point of contact and reference to the clients who seek information, have requests or complaints and perform about the service/ product: Guarantee a resolution of requests/problems and record and follow through of contacts, requests of clients and incidents;
Relation with differents stakeholders with intention of assist the costumer; Identify and know when to escalate calls when those are not your responsibility according to the procedures and existing protocols; identify and transfer calls to respective provider according to the procedures and existing protocols: Be constantly up to date about procedures and processes of costumers and to comply with all the procedures and processes implemented by the costumer
