In 2015 participated on the International Forum of Musical Interpretation and Pedagogy, where he obtained the 1st place in the category of soloist and chamber music. Also participated in the X Edition of the International Competition of Wind Instruments "Terras de La Salette" - 1st Prize.

In 2017 participated in the XII edition of the International Contest of Wind Instruments "Terras de La Salette" - 2nd Prize.

Also reached the 1st Prize on the Prémio Jovens Músicos (Portuguese most recognized Competition), promoted by RTP/Antena 2 on the category of Tuba/Solo Instrumentalist, having the opportunity to play solo with the Gulbenkian Orchestra in Lisbon.

In 2019 participated on the I A.P.T.E. (Portuguese Association of Tubas and Euphoniums) Competition - 2nd Prize
