As a key team member at BIMMS, I actively contribute to data center projects in Berlin. My role involves coordinating project activities while utilizing BIM software tools, including Revit and Navisworks, to streamline the project's development. I am responsible for ensuring that models are clash-free, and I model mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and supports, along with creating the necessary wall openings. My contributions aid in the production of as-built drawings to support project execution, emphasizing precision and compliance with project specifications. This role combines coordination, modeling, and the generation of critical as-built documentation to enhance the success of data center projects.

Managed the entire hydrosanitary project cycle, from design and regulatory approval to detailed execution plans. This involved planning water supply, sanitation, and drainage systems, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations. I provided on-site supervision during construction to maintain technical standards and project specifications.

I designed comprehensive plumbing systems, encompassing domestic water, sanitary waste, and drainage systems, employing Revit MEP and BIM software for the creation of detailed design deliverables. My role involved ensuring the efficient functionality of these systems to meet the unique needs of each project, while also adhering to relevant regulations and standards.

I developed and implemented solutions for client infrastructure, utilizing engineering software and statistical tools for data processing, entry, and retrieval. Estimated project quantities and material costs for budgeting. Provided technical support in design, construction, and traffic engineering, analyzing survey data and blueprints to plan infrastructure projects. Designed road networks, stormwater drainage, and plumbing works in urban subdivisions.
