Graduated in Marketing Management (IPAM), communication enthusiast and passionate about travel and sports. I enjoy creating and managing projects based on strengthening interpersonal relationships among stakeholders.

I believe that the foundation of success lies in people, the relationships we build, and the ability to manage and motivate them to achieve set goals. In the work journey, more than managing projects, we manage people, emotions, and expectations.

Before, during, and after my degree in Marketing Management, I had the opportunity to work in different companies and projects, which exposed me to various realities and many challenges, forcing me to grow professionally and gain extensive experience in managing interpersonal relationships over more than 15 years.

Currently, I work at Jogos Santa Casa (Portuguese Lottery), and the last 10 years have been dedicated to project management related mainly to the Placard brand (Sports Betting Operator).

I started in 2015 in the project management team, testing and launching the product, and after its launch - Go Live - I joined the Sportsbook Management team, where I stayed for 4 years.

In 2019, I was invited to join the Project, Sponsorship, and Partnership Management team of the Placard brand. I have been performing these functions for almost 6 years, managing a project portfolio with a total value exceeding 1 million €.
